RBS Lindsays Estate Agents Dundee offer estate agency services for clients all over Scotland with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and North Berwick. They are a member of Tayside Solicitor Property Centre (TSPC).
The objective of the video was to showcase Ardwyn House, The Murroes, Kellas DD5 3PB. The unique, detached villa set within approximately 7.5 acres and built for the current owners in 2005 with high specifications, quality fixtures and fittings, located near to Broughty Ferry, Dundee City, United Kingdom. Pictures alone could not show off this house so we used aerial photography, video and also a 360 interactive panorama with views at the property and also high above the property to show the location.
Rising View are licensed and insured commercial drone pilots from Dundee, Scotland and specialise in aerial drone video, walkthrough video and 360 virtual tours of properties for sale. We currently work in Dundee, Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas but can also travel anywhere in the United Kingdom.

All of our jobs are carried out with safety in mind and we have strict rules and permissions in place from the Civil Aviation Authority. We are fully licensed and have public liability insurance. Before any job we carry out lots of pre-planning and then again we do risk assessments on site on the day of the job.
