Miller Hendry Solicitors and Estate Agents are a long established legal and estate agency practice which has been selling properties in the Tayside and Strathearn area for generations. They have 3 offices in Scotland – Perth, Dundee and Crieff. They are affiliated with Perth Solicitor Property Centre (PSPC), Tayside Solicitor Property Centre (TSPC), Rightmove and Zoopla.
The objective of the task was to showcase the property at Dumbie Dykes , Birkhill, Angus , DD2 5QR. The property is situated within a idyllic semi rural location approx. 1 mile from Birkhill. Birkhill provides local amenities which include Primary School, Birkhill Inn, convenience store/petrol station, bowling club and community centre. Dundee City Centre is only a short drive and is convenient for Dundee University, Ninewells Hospital and Technology Park. There is regular public transport from Birkhill affording easy access to all areas of the city.
To achieve this we used aerial pictures, a short drone / walkthrough video and 360 virtual tour of the property. The media was then used to market the property on Miller Hendry website, the Tayside Solicitors Property Centre (TSPC) website and online property schedules.

Before any job we carry out lots of pre-planning and then again we do risk assessments on site on the day of the job.
