Task: Provide a promotional video using aerial drone video to showcase a superbly specified warehouse development in a high demand location boasting direct links to the A50 and M6. The unit is now completed and ready for occupation. Situated at the junction of the A500 and A50, STOKE 108 provides direct access to markets along the A50 and M6 corridors. Junction 15 of the M6 is two miles away via direct dual carriageway access. The last building available on the estate, STOKE 108 provides a gross internal area of approximately 108,680 sq ft (10,085 sq m). Also provide aerial drone photography and 360 virtual tour to be used on Ryden website and interactive brochures.

This is a promotional video for Ryden: Commercial Property Agents & Chartered Surveyors who are the largest independent commercial property advisor in the North of the UK with 35 partners and 110 staff across seven offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Leeds, Dundee, London and Manchester.
Rising View were asked to make a promotional aerial drone video of a prominent and comprehensively refurbished industrial unit / warehouse premises located strategically at Edinburgh Interchange, the heart of East Central Scotland’s motorway network and just 2 miles west of Edinburgh Airport. Ryden created an interactive sales brochure avilable to download from their website or to email to potential customers. This combined a normal sales brochure layout along with links to view the video, aerial 360 and virtual tour of the property.

Aerial Photography

They understand the importance of professional aerial photography when it comes to marketing properties for sale or lease. They also wanted to try out our drone service as it puts them ahead of the competition.
We were happy to oblige and as you can see from the video we created a birds-eye view video of the area and also used a traditional ground-based video to create a virtual tour to highlight one of the properties that they had for sale.
As you can see, using drone photography enables you to bring attention to the features of the property that can’t be done with a traditional camera. You can also see the surrounding area. This is important if you are marketing your properties to people from outside Edinburgh or indeed Scotland.
A 360º interactive virtual panoramic tour gives a property viewer a different perspective. Space and light are highlighted and it shows off the property as if you are walking through it.
