This is a project we completed for Rettie & Co, Scotlands leading independent firm of property specialists. They have been helping clients all over the world sell and let out their quality properties in Scotland – from city centre flats or garages in Edinburgh and Glasgow, to premium family homes, to rural estates. They have a database of vital conduit for matching properies with buyers and with seven offices they offer a range of property services and experise in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bearsden, Newton Mearns, Melrose, Berwick Upon Tweed, Newcastle Upon Tyne and London.
They understand the importance of professional aerial photography when it comes to selling houses. They also wanted to try out our drone service as it puts them ahead of the competition.
The objective of the task was to provide a short aerial drone video and ground walkthrough which would showcase a an impressive, detached Victorian Villa for sale in a prime residential area of Perth, Scotland. They also wanted aerial pictures and 360 virtual tour.
Platten is a handsome Edwardian home, set within spacious garden grounds, which has been immaculately refurbished to afford a wealth of refined and beautifully presented living accommodation, lavishly appointed with the highest standard of contemporary fixtures.
We were happy to oblige and as you can see from the video we created a birds-eye view video of the area and also used a traditional ground-based video to create a virtual tour to highlight one of the properties that they had for sale.
As you can see, using drone photography enables you to bring attention to the features of the property that can’t be done with a traditional camera. You can also see the surrounding area. This is important if you are marketing your properties to people from outside Kirriemuir or indeed Scotland.
A 360º interactive virtual panoramic tour gives a property viewer a different perspective. Space and light are highlighted and it shows off the property as if you are walking through it. You can see clearly where doors and windows are positioned and the amount of space available in the room.
